Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Acqua Salon & Spa, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our services are highly detailed and time-intensive, and your reserved time is carefully scheduled to ensure the highest quality experience.
To respect our technicians’ time and other guests, we require:
• 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a 50% service charge.
• Appointments canceled within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will incur a 100% service charge.A valid card is required to secure all appointments. By booking with us, you agree to this policy.

Late Arrival Policy
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. Significant delays may require rescheduling and will be treated according to the cancellation policy.
